On the menu: roasted chicken marinated in soy, vinegar, mustard and brown sugar and dusted with paprika. garlic mushroom and greenbeams manchego cheese and pesto on italian bread carrot cake (from Wegmans) We usually forgo the traditional Thanksgiving fare since both Patricia and I don't care so much for turkey. Last year we had roast duck and we're thinking the same this year but thought this would be a nice change up.
